As the creative visionary behind Little Black Dress Paperie, Patty Gibbons has been transforming the world of wedding stationery since founding the company in 2003. With a passion for bespoke, personalized designs, Patty ensures that every piece of stationery reflects the unique style and personality of each couple. Her work has garnered attention from top industry professionals, and LBDP’s creations have become synonymous with elegance and luxury.
Patty has built a network of the finest graphic designers, printers, and calligraphers, collaborating with industry experts to bring one-of-a-kind designs to life. Every client works directly with her team, experiencing the hands-on, personalized service that sets Little Black Dress Paperie apart.

Since 2015, Peggy Nicolle has had the joy of designing wedding invitations that bring couples’ love stories to life. She finds creative inspiration in the small details of architecture, interior design, and her favorite films. When she’s not designing, you'll probably find her at the cinema or out walking with her wife and their dog, Bowie.

Since joining in 2024, Emily Tricker brought a unique perspective to designing wedding invitations, drawing inspiration from the natural beauty of her countryside upbringing and the cultural experiences that have shaped her. Her designs are deeply influenced by organic elements and storytelling, aiming to evoke emotion and connection.

Designer
Since joining Little Black Dress Paperie, Kaitlin Lawler has brought a thoughtful and inquisitive approach to designing wedding invitations. She thrives on meaningful conversations and asking the right questions to truly understand each couple’s story. Kaitlin believes the best designs are born from curiosity and connection, ensuring every detail reflects the unique personality and style of those she’s creating for. When she’s not designing, you’ll likely find her in the pottery studio, exploring creative ideas.

Production Specialist
Joining our team in 2024, Kailee Betancourt has been an asset to our production department. She has perfected the art of tying bows. Enjoys and strives on piecing together every aspect of our wedding invitations allowing our couples and their guests to be enchanted when opening their invitations. She certainly ties it all together. When she’s not in production mode, you can find her behind a sewing machine creating distinctive styles.
