You’ll work directly with our founder and creative team, ensuring every detail is meticulously tailored to your vision. Our Process

CONSULTATION

Your journey with us begins with a complimentary consultation, where creativity and collaboration come to life. Whether in our Morristown studio, over the phone, via video chat, or by email, we’ll discuss your vision, style, timeline, and budget. Together, we’ll craft a detailed wish list that reflects every element you desire for your stationery suite. After our meeting, you will receive a comprehensive proposal, complete with design specifications and an itemized estimate for each service. In-studio consultations typically last 45 minutes to 1 hour, giving us ample time to explore your ideas in depth.

GETTING STARTED

Once you’re ready to move forward, we require a 50% deposit to begin the design process. This ensures that your project is prioritized and sets the foundation for a collaborative journey. You’ll be paired with a dedicated graphic designer who will oversee every detail from concept to completion, ensuring continuity and personalized service. As your vision evolves, you’re welcome to adjust the scope of the project, with any additional services reflected in the final invoice.

CONTENT + DESIGN

With all your details in hand, our design team will begin crafting your custom digital proof. Please allow 5-7 business days for this phase, as we carefully bring your vision to life. During this time, you’ll have the opportunity to provide feedback and request revisions. We offer unlimited color digital proofs to ensure every element is perfect before final approval. Once you’re completely satisfied, we will finalize the invoice and request your guest list in our provided Excel template.

PRODUCTION

Once the final proof is approved and the remaining balance is paid, we’ll begin production. Each invitation is meticulously crafted, using the highest-quality printing methods to ensure flawless results. Our production timelines are as follows:

  • Digital & Thermography Printing: 15 business days from final proof approval and payment confirmation.

  • Letterpress & Foil Press Printing: 25 business days from final proof approval and payment confirmation.

During production, we maintain close communication, ensuring that every detail is executed to perfection.

DELIVERY

When your stationery is complete, we take the utmost care in packaging and preparing it for pick up or delivery. We offer worldwide delivery through DHL/UPS. Shipping costs are added to the final invoice.

Please note that while we do not offer mailing services, we are committed to ensuring that your invitations reach you safely. Once the suites are delivered, their distribution and any further handling will be the responsibility of the client. We kindly remind clients that we cannot be held responsible for any damages, delays, or losses caused by the postal service chosen for mailing invitations.
